1. Data Collection
We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:
- Account information: Name, email, and authentication data.
- Integration data: Metadata and performance metrics from Meta Ads accounts, Google Ads accounts, and other connected marketing platforms.
- Usage data: Information on how you interact with our platform to improve performance.
Worker Brain operates as a marketing intelligence platform for advertising agencies and their clients. We collect Meta Ads performance data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative assets, and metrics) on behalf of our advertising clients to provide analytics, diagnostics, and reporting services. This data is processed exclusively for the benefit of the respective client whose account it belongs to.
2. Use of Information
Your data is used specifically for:
- Generating AI-driven diagnostics and performance reports for advertising campaigns.
- Detecting anomalies and sending real-time alerts via Slack to authorized team members.
- Providing personalized insights and recommendations for ad scaling and optimization.
- Aggregating cross-channel analytics across Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and ecommerce platforms.
3. Data Sharing and Processing
Worker Brain uses AI models (such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process and analyze advertising data. While data is processed through these models, we do not sell your data to third parties. We only share information with service providers essential for hosting and operating the platform (such as Google Cloud, Firebase, and Vercel). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing platform data is established through authorized API access using secure tokens, and we only request the permissions strictly necessary for our analysis and reporting functions.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information and advertising data at any time. You can also revoke our access to your Meta Ads account via your Meta Business Settings.
To request deletion of your data: send an email to hola@worker.ar with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email and the platforms whose data you wish to have deleted. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.
6. Shopify Stores and Their Customers
When a merchant connects a Shopify store, we act as a data processor on behalf of that merchant. We only read the data needed to report sales performance and marketing attribution to the merchant who installed the app.
- From each order we store: the Shopify customer ID, the customer's email address, the province and country of the billing address, order dates and order totals.
- We do not store customer names, phone numbers, street addresses or payment details.
- The email address is used to deduplicate buyers, count repeat customers and calculate lifetime value and the channel that acquired each customer. Reports and AI-generated insights only use aggregated figures, never individual customer records.
- Data is visible only to the merchant who owns the store and to the Worker team that manages their account. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) and processed on Vercel, both encrypted in transit and at rest.
We respond to Shopify's privacy webhooks. When a customer asks the merchant to access or delete their data, or when a merchant uninstalls the app, we provide or delete the corresponding records within 30 days. Merchants and their customers can also write to hola@worker.ar with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
